Road Govt Sponsored H.S School, Kolkata – 700002 i.e 03.07.1993 to 15.03.2005 and 14 years 03 months (approx) in the capacity of Headmaster at Satkari Banga Vidyalaya (High) Malancha- Mahinagar, Kolkata – 145 i.e 16.03.2005 to date and continuing. As an assistant teacher established an ideal teacher in my subject Bengali for catering education to the students successfully following great sincerity & system towards discharge of duties during stay in the institution.
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE :
As Headmaster of the School, Satkari Banga Vidyalaya (High), showed great efficiency both as a good administrator and pioneer of all development of the institute. Took all possible steps to make effective the programme “Educational for all” i.e. Sarba Siksha Abhijan effectively. Got brilliant result from the students in Secondary Examination in the school every year following good administration.

1.N.G.O - Founded an N.G.O, “Nadia Tapasili Jati o Adibashi Jagaran Samity” in the year 1991 at Bethuadahari, Nadia to give necessary financial support to the backward people & other weaker section of the society and to cater education among themselves covering the people living in the backward part of the whole Nadia District.
2.Blood Donation Camp – Conducted blood donation camp at Bethuadahari from 1993 to 2006.
3.Eye Operation Camp – Organization eye operation camp at Bethuadahari in 1994 with the medical assistance of NRS Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata and 793 people had taken part in the camp for their eye operation.
4.Ambedkar Yuba Mela – Organised Ambedkar Yuba Mela fro 1996 to 2006 at Bethuadahari to make unity & integrity among of different religion, caste & creed. Different leading newspapers & Patra-Patrika covered the essence of it.
5.Utsab – 1995 – Organised Utsab : 1995 at Bethuadahari with the aim to make unity & integrity among people.
6.Foundation of Statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar : As secretary of Dr. Ambedkar P.T.T.I T taken creative step to pay highest regard to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar as a venture of Dr. Ambedkar P.T.T.I on 15th August in front of the Nakashipara Block Development Office.
